Satisfaction Guarantee and Warrantees:


Water Choices is so sure you will like your new water treatment system that we offer a full ninety (90) day satisfaction guarantee; plus another thirty (30) days if installed by one of our registered installers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new system, just send it back for a full refund.  Some warrantee restrictions apply.

Warrantee Restrictions                                   

  1. Return authorization form required via email before returning unit.
  1. Products must be shipped back in original container and packaging.
  1. Products must be drained of all water as no refund will be made on units damaged by freezing.
  1. No refund on labor to install or remove system.
  1. Return shipping costs paid by others.
  1. No refund on improperly or incorrectly installed systems.
  1. Refunds made by same method in which it was paid within 30 days after receipt of product.
